It's basically an OCD thing for me, when I get hit with the intrusive thoughts I have to mutter some schizo meme shit to myself to calm down, often the simple "i hate the antichrist" i'll say a few times in a row but most recently, just a few minutes ago, i did "all i do is kill niggers" which felt right. not in public or anything but out loud, in my room
