Get off your ass and start going out, hang around public spaces like the park or library. You mentioned you lift, but thats not enough to get a girl. Practice actually being fit, maybe add in cardio like walking 1000 steps for starters. Video games are one thing to pull them in since a lot of girls play video games now, but if you spend too much time playing they'll think youre lazy. Set a time limit when you play, maybe 3-4 hours max, and spend the rest of your day being productive and explore other hobbies.
