WHERE ARE THEY GETTING THESE PEOPLE FROM? HOW IS THIS SUPPOSED TO HELP?
you know what I mean.

>the fake smile
>the fake forced awkward laugh at the end of EVERY sentence
>the yesmen act. suddenly everything is relatable. everything is "understandable"
>the long drawn out forced friendly tone at the end of every sentence

NO constructive criticism. NO actual advice or comfort. just "yeah I get how you feel" and "yeah that's totally understandable"

I'd rather bang my head into a wall

yes, tell me how feeling a bit ill ties into me being nervous or anxious about some major issue in my life. oh my god it's not that serious, it's not that deep and never is
