That means there's been few examples of black people being truly tremendously positive culturally, and so the stereotype remains unchallenged and the metaphorical black tiger is still not worth examining at a deeper level. We would have to process poverty, absent fathers, CIA intervention and such bullshit internationally and particularly the USA (huge internet population in the west) to even come close at empathizing enough to reduce racism. It's not worth it.
