He's gonna die eventually. What would happen if he died of a heart attack in, say, a few weeks? Would the public know? Would rule fall to his next-of-Kim? Would there be an election? Is it possible for the next dictator to criticize Kim Kong Un, or is it still off-limits?

If he died today his sister would rule as queen regent until his daughter turns 18.

What if the burger queen beefs with the corpse? Does the she join him, or does she have it her way?

It's basically a communist royal family (lmfao), so it would be on the bloodlines.
It is crazy that he seemed to deliberately balloon his weight, to life-threatening levels, to look like his grandfather.
Still, it's disappointing that he has no interest in making a deal with Seoul to let them reunify, and he keeps his palaces.
When he was a kid, he asked his dickhead father why the people suffered so much. Then he took over and kept it going.

Basically this.
