Yes. In fact, I'd go even further. Since there are nations that should be genocided anyway, if my country ever had war with them, I'd order to kill all men, capture all women, then select women for their looks and wisdom, keep those to redistribute among men who contributed to war effort and soldiers, andstirilize the rest, making them maids at most.
