If my parents talk to me for more than ten seconds my heart rate starts increasing and I can barely keep myself from having a psychotic break. They are not being unreasonable in any way. It is just that as soon as I am faced with any social contact I desperately and immediately want to get away. Sometimes I get in my truck and drive around for hours with no goal in mind simply because I know no one will be able to approach me to speak.

I loved my folks, but they both died within a decade of each other by my late 20s. Thankfully, I have 'bux.
I'm basically schizoid and enjoy being a shut-in, except that I really want to have sex (still incel, of course).
