a normie is a person that can read and write, has no physical disabilities like missing an arm or leg, can afford things considered basic like a roof and internet connection

normies make up the general population and are just average people who had friends danced drunk hang out had a normal childhood they are not chad just normies following the hivemind
failed normies are a bit different they may have had a rough childhood which may have impacted their social skills and as such didn't interact enough with people even though if they did they could have probably made friends, as a result they didn't go to dances either or any of those things, many opting to seek comfort in places like this one, the other reason they are called failed normies is because they still adhere to the hivemind as well even if they feel like they don't belong
