I'm at 250 and want to drop back down to 180 again.
Currently yesterday I ate a propylhexedrine inhaler and only ate a bowl of cereal that entire day.(stimulants) I'm doing Ramadan style, where I only eat at night (a single meal), and fast throughout the day. See how it goes.

in my experience (I'm OP) this never works

the real ticket to losing weight is portion control, and to do that you really need to get out of the big meal mindset, and if you're limiting it to 1 meal a dya, we all know it's gonna be big because we look forward to that

my stomach also thanks me when I have 3-4 smaller, 500 calorie-ish meals a day

I just have to get out of the mindset where I find eating "exciting" and something to look forward to, it tastes good, maybe, but it's just fuel and I need to get it out of the way

Yeah, but I would think my portion would be small cause my stomach shrinks from starvation. I've dropped like 20 lbs over 3 days using stimulants in the past.

just eat less and move more. i used to eat 1000c/day when i was a hiki, it is easy once your body realizes that's all the food its going to get. spam no sugar soft drinks or caffeine if you need the extra help, also watching mukbangs is a way to satisfy your cravings.

cant you still eat big, just low calories?
one of my meals today
>4 mid sized rice cakes maybe 100kcal total
>spread weird creme-chese on that shit (really low fat, like 60kcal per 100g, and I at max used maybe 20ish grams on my rice cakes.
>put some nice veggies on top, cucumber slices, tomato slices, again, really low kcal, good volume and mass
>at some liced pork on top for meat, maybe 50g at 100ish kcal per 100g.
>add side dish, as side dish eat an entire small can of corn, 140g at maybe 70 kcal / 100g
That is a big meal, thats 4 medium sized rice cake sandwiches, an entire fucking plate full stacked with several inches of vertical height
And it totals to maybe 300ish kcal, and I've felt full for hours afterwards.
I feel like I could accidentally starve myself eating shit like that, because if I eat that for 3 meals a day, I'd be full and feel no hunger at all while having consumed not even a thousand kcal.

High volume and high mass with low kcal, especially veggies like cucumber or some shit like that, those are the foods you need to eat when you wanna lose weight, no?

exercise is overrated, I only do minimal exercise daily now where I wake around 10-11k steps only and never do dumb stuff like running or sports anymore, the latter just make me hungrier and the extra food always overpowers the extra calories burned

controlled diet+walking is top tier, I don't even go for dedicated walks or anything just take 5-10 minute walk breaks in the house every hour

Japanese-style meal design has helped me the most. Your brain associates multiple smaller plates with bigger portions than one really big plate for some reason.

But yeah thanks, I've lost about 3kg in the last month so it's not amazing but not bad either

>exercise is overrated i only do "low intensity exercise that is great for general health and burning calories"
high intensity exercises like running or sports just burn glycogen instead of fat past a certain point so walking is better anyway.

but yes the majority of calories your body burns is just what it takes to keep all of your different parts functioning.

yes exactly, I joined a gym in 2023 and one of the first things my personal trainer (dropped him after 4 months cause I learned enough) told me was to do 40 minutes jogging on the treadmill, fuck that shit lmao

I dropped from 250 to 200 in 8 months by doing keto (less than 20 combined carbs and sugars a day) and intermittent fasting mon-fri and using Saturdays and Sundays as cheat days. I also ONLY drink on cheat days.
