Honestly, the thing that excites me most about working out is being able to pick women up and fuck them the way I want. Imagine having a girl up in the air against a wall and fucking her from the back that way.

to an extent. Looking physically fit is attractive although the more muscle you obtain after that the more you border into women who look for guys specifically with muscles.

yes

it will improve your attractiveness. its not going to magically make you attractive unless youre skinny or overweight.
it will improve your body and can improve your face by lowering bodyfat % and increasing testosterone.
it will make you more confident in yourself, more healthy and stronger, which all help your attractiveness.

this is a perfectly fine beginner routine that will help you master the basic lifts. make sure to check your form by asking a friend or recording and posting on /fit/ - even hire a pt for a few sessions if you have the money.
after around 3-6 months of that routine you can do some research into different splits and choose one that suits you.

I like that it's all free weight stuff (+1 bodyweight). If you are gonna stick to this routine just know for the first week or two you should be really spending time getting the form down, free weight exercises really need good form. I'd do it like A->Rest->B->Rest->Repeat. I'd also say after the three exercises go around and use random machines so you can start to learn what you have access to because eventually you'll want to implement isolations but for now just fuck around with a machine or two after your exercises and just see which ones you like and dislike
