the former describes me more accurately, im fully neurotypical but i have a subhuman face and as a result am involuntarily celibate. i would like to say my inceldom is more "truly" involuntary than that of the normie-looking autist however the grass is always greener on the other side so i dont know what sort of mental issues block them from ascending

If those two are really competing, then physical appearance really is irredeemable. But on the other hand, ER the face of incels himself applies to the second option, so that category might win if we're talking a cultural competition for the term. Especially given how it would apply to more people in general, being an "average" looking guy with issues creates a larger following due to inherently being relatable. Though there's a lot that are so autistic they incorrectly label themselves as average because of their lack of awareness.
