It stems from women being physically weaker. The barbaric societies set the precedent that women would be abused. Once we became more civilized and improved (not perfected obviously) the way we treat women, the damage of the barbarism women delt with never went away. I've never understood the whole logic vs emotions thing. Emotions are very logical. When you feel something it's because something is affecting you in a certain way. There's always a reason linked to an emotion even if it's a stupid one.

Because they get away with it without consequence, and women seem to have poor ability to detect bad men or ignore it. As a man myself I can usually tell what a person is like if I spend some time with or around them. Its basic basic pattern behaviour like how do they talk, how do they treat other people including those not in the room with them, what are their opinions and views of life, what is their gaze and mannerisms like. A lot of men have huge egos and no humility. I hear women talk a lot about "stealth narcissists" or people who seemed so nice and I just lmao, usually they are nice to them specifically to get pussy. Unfortunately there are a couple women who for reasons can only get off to these kind of guys, and some of them for some reason complain about it, while others acknowledge "why are we like this" and where it ends up is not really pretty, I know of a really fat girl in her 30s, looks have faded, acknowledges she hates nice guys and always dated cockier guys, but complains that there are no guys she wants to date etc. but at least she acknowledges it
