I want to replace all my unhealthy habits with chronic masturbation but it never works. Food is too OP.

I'm having trouble quitting alcohol and marijuana. I naturally eat 1,200 calories a day when sober, but when I get high, and especially drunk, I'll eat more than 3,000 calories. I think I'm using the drugs as an excuse to eat because I don't care much for the drugs themselves, only the way it makes eating feel. After a 3 day drinking binge it would take me at least 2 weeks of normal eating to lose the weight I gained. I tried fasting, but that only decreases the time between binges, leading to further weight gain. I don't think I care anymore. Some people are so stupid and gluttonous they can't tell what's good for them and deserve to suffer the consequences. I'll regret it when I get liver failure or diabetes, but it will be too late at that point.

You might find this data interesting. Being overweight is significantly less bad for your health than alcohol. Many drugs don't affect your body that much but they do ruin your mind.
