you could try going on disboard and finding servers tagged with shit you like, most discordians are insufferable twats though so you'll probably get tired of their shit and leave. you might find one or two cool people, add them to a gc and gtfo if you do.

I'm Gen Z born 2001, used to make friends so fucking easily on Discord from 2016 to around 2020 but now it just seems impossible like holy shit. Doesn't help that my friend pool is now more limited since I have to be careful I'm not talking to kids or whatever.
Guess it's my own fault cuz I had a really great little online friend group going for a few years before I had a meltdown and defriended them. Same deal with two other guys I made friends with via my art hobby and collaborated a lot with, ghosted them after I started working full time because I was like "omg I don't have the energy to reply... just stop bothering me" what a fucking asshole I am. Can't even maintain relationships with my close family anymore I ACT LIKE A FUCKING ROBOT ON THE ONCE A YEAR OCCASION I SEE MY ELDER BROTHER WHO RAISED ME LIKE I WAS HIS OWN SON
Just pure self destruction, digital self harm to inflict mental self-rot
