Now THAT's a fantasy. What are they going to do, swap out every cell in your body for one with the right chromosomes? The technology isn't going to advance much further than this. I doubt you'll even see a successful womb implant into a male. For one thing, the trans issue is losing popular support and will be a fringe weirdo thing not recognized by the medical community in another generation. that's not how it works. all humans have almost all the male and female genes, except y chromosome which barely has any genes on it. the second x chromosome in females is inert. what matters isn't what genes you have, but which ones are turned on or off. that's what sex hormones do, the reason why transition isn't good right now is because it's hard to overwrite previous development. so if you give a male estrogen in the womb, they'll develop as a female. but once they already develop as a boy, any changes are on top of existing changes.
