No, I wouldn't. I would prefer if I died at 35. It was at that age when everything started going downhill.

Yeah well who wouldn't? But since we're living in fantasyland, let's also specify that we have rich parents and it's always summer vacation in 1984, and our life is one long pool party while our parents are away for the long weekend.

That would be so fucking awesome, I can't believe nobody has made a videogame based on that theme.

That's entirely possible, I suppose. At 33 I thought I'd finally got my life on track, turned the corner, saw the light at the end of the tunnel and every other cliche you can think of. Things were looking up, the future so bright gotta wear shades, etc., etc...

And yet here I am, posting on /r9k/ at four in the morning. Everything went wrong and I somehow snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. So now I say fuck it, I just want to pretend to be a character in an 80s teen sex comedy.

I find the thought of eternal life to be far more scary than death, which isn't scary at all. Agewise, eternally anywhere between 20 and 30 would be best.

I would want to live forever (or at least much longer than the average human lifespan) but I wouldn't want to be stuck in a particular time period of my life forever, that sounds like a hellish mental torture monkey's paw kind of scenario. If you mean just being that age forever but without necessarily constantly reliving that period of your life, too, then obviously the correct answer is 18-30 years old when you're still physically at your best. Personally I would pick 27-30 because I feel like I suddenly got much more clarity of mind at those age while still feeling physically great. The point of living very long would be to experience a bunch of different stuff you will not be able to experience in a normal lifespan and also have all the time in the word to learn and get good at stuff I am interested in without ever feeling I am wasting time because I have all the time in the world. I do want my life to progress but without worrying about getting older and dying.
