Check your local legislature to see if they will lock you in a pysch ward for suicidal thoughts. You may also lose any firearms you own as well as the right to own them.

Depressive thoughts is okay. But do not ever say you are suicidal or have suicidal thoughts. They are bounded by ethics to commit you based on that. If it's on the patient questionaire then that's direct proof.
