Imagine being this foid and walking through literal New York City, the biggest city in the United States, and not seeing a single attractive man in the area. Women are just not really attracted to men, they had no evolutionary pressure to feel very strong attraction, not even to high quality males. They could get pregnant without effort so having any real affection for men was not strictly needed therefore never developed. You can feel it too, male and female brains are very similar in a lot of ways and have small fine tuned differences, attraction through lust is something that's felt towards the female form for both men and women.

What appreciation you have for men is mostly a natural form of hierarchy and respect, the female brain interprets that as a need to submit and/or climbing the hierarchy, nothing else. That's why female artists who draw smut often depict the male without a face, it's seen only as a large body which penetrates the female. It's not the kind of dreamy love you feel for women.

Men attraction is related to female hypergamy.
Women rating other women high is a power play doing multiple things, it devalues average men, gaslighting high tier men, it bloats the ego of low tier women, making them prone to self sabotage, devalues high tier women, and it makes high tier women accepted in the group of other women, and women need that support chain between each other no matter the tier, they are more collectivist by nature as they never needed to face true hardship, therefore they only needed to share the work of others among themselves.

Attractive men are hard to make. You have to feed sons 3x as much as daughters and give them healthy outlets for growth. There also has to be someone grooming and guiding them for twice as long because they reach physical maturity much later.
