I don't really have strong feelings about piercings one way or the other. Nipple piercings are pretty fun on tits, but I've heard it causes problems for breastfeeding so I probably wouldn't breed with one.

One time I was buying groceries and the cashier was a fat chick with piercings all over her face. I involuntarily cringed, I think it hurt her feelings. My biggest concern is she thought I was doing that because she was fat. I greatest hope is she took that shit out and never did it again.
