and yes, we did meet in real life three times, but we did not have the financial freedom to make something happen.
still, as much as my rational self hates them, women feel very nice. not even in a sexual sense, but more like that feeling when she rests her head on your shoulder. you can get drunk, play your favorite game, drive a fun car, but nothing compares to that feeling of warmth that women unexplicably give to the lonely man.

This is how every male on the planet with a middle class salary or above feels. Once you have everything in life you realize women are side quests that take up a lot time. Regardless, you do end up falling in love with them during the pursuit of smashing.

The fact that you're still struggling with stuff like a career at your age is kind of abysmal. Women will often date broke as losers, especially in their 20s, but at your age women have zero reason to settle for someone like you when there's millions of lonely 40-something men with stable income.
