spend most of your time in third places, like cafes, bars, libraries, etc. you wouldn't expect mice to be happy alone, so why expect that of yourself? my personal favorite is the library cause i'm autistic, don't have to hear much noise and i can do almost whatever i want on my computer

if you have a job then you have money, so no problem there. but what is your job? if you're working all alone then try going for a job where you'll be around other people. alternatively, work part time so that you can spend more time around other people. i'd rather live dirt poor but happy and free, than rich but sad and practically enslaved.

dang that's rough. in my opinion i'd try to find a part-time job and live a minimalist lifestyle asap, working full time as a line cook sounds miserable. you don't even have the energy to hang out with people or do your hobbies when you come back home. but maybe the pay would be so low that you can't live on part-time. i don't really have more advice at this point other than stay courageous, shit can get fixed eventually you can only try
