He is the most powerful man in the world, but he has no viable business models if you really think about it.
Tesla won't be the best EV manufacturer in the future. They got a head start but it's like IBM. Do you use IBM computers today? No you don't. Elon's other companies like SpaceX rely on government grants. Rockets don't produce money on their own, they rely on public funding.
Twitter, however, isn't even 50% owned by Elon. About 20 investors co-purchased it.
Another thing you gotta realize is that a lot of Elon's companies are actually wanting to buy him out. They dont think Elon is a good representative for their companies. For instance Tesla's stock took a dive only because of Elon
