This just happened to me recently on a pornsite. There was a thread talking about experiences with trannies and I typed up a couple of stories and this one faggot started messaging me. He was chill at first, saying he thought my stories were hot, etc etc. And then he started sending me pics without me asking, which I just gave him a compliment (said I'm sure he drives dudes wild if that's really him) and he said that it was and he liked to be submissive and all this weird gay shit. Then he starts sending more pics and I realized that the pics weren't even matching up. And then I reverse image searched and got a hit for the pics and they obviously weren't him, which was so fucking weird because we were on a pornsite, we both obviously know how to reverse image search and googlefu for porn. After that he started asking to see my dick and I just stopped responding. He double and triple texted me but then finally I think he got the message. Still don't get why they sent me fake pics. Or why he thought he could convince me to send him dick pics.

I'm guessing that the victim in these situations has a mental issue (not retardation), and thus don't think logically.
It's like with women in abusive relationships. They aren't "tricked" into dating a clearly abusive man. They probably have some trauma (ex. abusive parents, was molested, was raped in her youth, etc.) and developed a fetish for being mistreated. That's why they still chase the bad boys even when people explicitly tell them those guys are bad.
The same thing probably happens with grooming victims. Chances are it's not gonna be a normal kid who falls for that. It's probably gonna be a kid whose parents are divorcing and argue daily, or who has to move around a lot,shit like that.
