I've been a shut in until my late 20s and never cared about being close to anyone until recently. Exact same thing happened to me once I turned 28 last month because I guess at that age you can no longer cope by saying youre mid twenties no now youre late twenties and approaching your thirties at high speed

I'm 30 and was mostly a shut-in till 27. But this stuff that hit you didn't hit me. I finished my degree after years of neglecting that and got job. And at that job, I actually got to listen to dudes in relationships past the part where you see them groping their women outside. Most of them are just not happy and complain about problems I'm frankly glad I don't have in my life.
Also, it's not too late. You can get a job, save money and go to southeast Asia and find a 20/30 something woman even when you're in your 50s. Me, I'm just happy with my hobbies and cooming. And the many years avoiding employment have kept me very young and healthy. The way I see it, it's just some stupid biological drive that's making me think like you for very brief periods of time. But then I coom, the post but clarity hits and suddenly women and relationships look like nothing more than a ball and chain I'm better off avoiding. Then the clarity subsides and the cycle repeats.
