I only shower daily when I travel to Brazil because it's hot and muggy there and you gotta shower even after going out for whatever reason (also cause it's expected of me.) Here at home, I only shower maybe 1-2 times per week.

I used to shower daily. It is a great way to wake up in the moaring. But it does dry out your skin a bit. Technically you should do it every three days. As for clothing you can wear your pants for a few days but you have to change your t shirt and underwear dailly. If you have a dress shirt ontop of your t shirt then you can change that at the same freguancy as pants pretty much. Just sniff the pit area every few days and if it stinks it's time for a wash.

I am to lazy to profe read this so hopefully the spelling and grammer aren't to bad. Also if you wanna be lazy just shower every three days and switch out your t shirt and underwear then.
