My family has given me high anxiety to the point that my chest feels like it's always in pain when they're talking to each other, thier always a risk of a shouting match breaking out,
How do I cope without ending it?

Guess what? You're the problem. If you're not involved in their made-up problems, they'll just pretend like it's your fault because nobody takes any blame or apologizes unless it's in front of a professional stacy in a black suit with some armchairs and flowers. And it's only for the sake of appearances in the clinical flower room.

I used to be like that, i'm just detached now, you can only get nervous so many times from separating possible fights and screaming matches, you'll get used to it most likely

You need to prove that you're more psycho then them. Next time they start shouting you need to chimp out and start breaking things.

You gave yourself whatever you're experiencing. It's your mind, your life. Stop trying to blame others for whatever you allow.
