>>81679787I get that, since most of my interests require being online as well, but constantly being online also plays a part in your poor sleeping habits, so maybe you can try some sort of bed time routine where you work out, read or do something else that's productive to tire you out and help with that at least.
It doesn't just magically get better without change, but it does feel better when you change bit by bit, even if you just try something else for 5min a day.
