I have some hope left. Not much but some.

I sleep until like 11am-2:30pm and I'm up for like and hour and then I go back to napping for like 3 hours. I just get up and browse 4chan for the time I'm up usually. I try to put an alarm to get up at around 10 am but I keep snoozing it or turning it off once it activates.
I have been meaning to go to the gym daily or go outside in the good weather and get at least 10000 steps and go somewhere and but some news clothes that I wanted.
