I am so disgusted by obesity and overweight physique that the moment I see even something reminiscent of my own I get ill.
The sad part is im in America where they feed us cattle slop that is only designed to make you spend more and gain weight like some animal to slaughter. I am surrounded by people who are genuinely kind yet genuinely physically revolt me. When I gain any amount of weight I feel like the world is going to end.

I run about 18-20% body fat and feel ugly about it.

I have tits like her since im fat, my face also looks bad from that angle. Girls with boobs like us are supposed to have small boobies like a small c or b cup (thats what i had when i lost weight). It's unfortunate, but I don't really focus on my looks much aside from skin care and hair care I really don't wear makeupe or care to dress nice for people hence why i don't mind being fat and only wish to lose weight so i can do more with my body.
