Normies and social games

I'm an incel working a 9-5 job. Society attempted to pair me with this traditional wife.

They want to create opportunities for me to have alone time with her whenever they can.

I work in a factory, and she's the daughter of the CEO. She would come to me during my shifts and breaks, asking questions and making small talk. The company even orchestrated ridiculous situations where she had to deliver some 'important' message to me, despite the fact that I'm just a regular factory worker and had only been there for a few months.

The trad wife even gave me her personal phone number in case I needed her for anything, and when she started texting me, things at work became increasingly strange.

I ignored her silly text messages because they were completely irrelevant to work, and since then, my boss has started treating me like an asshole. I'm planning to quit soon because the work environment is becoming toxic, and I can't stand normies and their attempts to set me up with a woman at work.

If this isn't fake (which it probably is) it sounds like the CEO is the problem.
Obviously, you have no obligation to respond to her messages if they aren't work related. But she wouldn't have done anything wrong either, since her attempts to pair-up with you didn't impede on your tasks.
