Nothing to be grateful for though is the thing. He was never once there for me. We didn't even live under the same roof. Recently he gave out to me for not asking how his hand was doing after some injury and I said "you never once asked me in my whole life how I was doing about anything" and then he blamed me for that. If you have no idea of pure toxicity I'm jealous of you because this is how it works.
