Tranny's are people stuck in infantile narcissism.
Just as how babies cry to force the mother to confirm to their desires, the trannys modus operandi is to force society to conform to their narcasistic desire (to have unearned power over others).
Furthermore the trannys desire to mutilate their bodies is an attempt (albeit misguided) to override their animal biology and in effect "prove" their egos superiority over physical form (thereby expressing "God like" abilities over the laws of reality).
Ultimately the trannys hyper delusional narcissism leads to increased (not decreased) neuroticism and feelings of powerlessness (expressed as hopelessness) with the act of suicide being the final attempt to show ego power over realities limits ("I will chose my own death").
