Your birth right was actually stolen from you. The men who built this country fully intended for it to be a White male patriarchy and you would know this if you have any historical knowledge.
>Naturalization Act of 1790: "any alien, being a free white person, who shall have resided within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States for the term of two years, may be admitted to become a citizen thereof..."
Free white person refers to free white men btw, not women because it wasn't until the Cable Act of 1922 that women could naturalize independently of their husband. Furthermore, the Supreme Court would even acknowledge the "white" part a year later when overseasing a case of Indian immigration in 1923 US vs Bhagat Singh Thind
>The court ruled that Indian people, despite arguing their classification as "Caucasian" anthropologically, were not "white persons" in the popular, common understanding of the term, thus not eligible for naturalized citizenship
The court would even go on to define what White is, yes the court gave you a definition of White
>The people of Western Europe are white. So are those of Eastern, Southern, and Northern Europe, though mingled to some extent with Asiatic blood. But the peoples of India, though classified by many scientists as Caucasian, are not white in the sense intended by the act."
In other parts of the opinion, the courts refer to Teutonic, Celtic, Slavic, Latin, and Nordic people - all within Europe as white. America was meant to be a White male patriarchy from its inception. Conservatives haven't conserved shit.
