Usually if I avoid "melancholy" or "sad" sound music that I'd consider favorites, I feel much better.

aw. it kinda feels good for me but awful too. like i know that it gets worse if i listen to sad music but when i do i cant stop listening to it cause it also feels like it fits or something like that. i dunno
