Anyone else feel like your life is on pause?

I don't have to drive to make constant cover letters, I have an animation degree but my skills regressed due to lacking resources for a year. I keep telling myself to do something but I just don't do it. I hate myself but I have no drive. Only doomscrolling and gacha games can hold my attention. I'm wondering how common this is.

Yeah I'm in the same situation. I have a degree but I'm not applying to many jobs because of the effort of writing cover letters and applications.
