lets talk about the autistic bf x bpd gf archetype for a bit. what do they see in each other that somehow both try to make that meme become true. (even tho they are usually self diagnosed are neither autistic or bdp but might have some of the traits)

what do you see when you look at the sperg? a quite boring guy from the outside. doesn't know how to dress or just dresses pretty plain and probably acts a bit weird. but on the inside? usually quite imaginative, having fun pursuing whatever they developed an interest in and being unique in that way? usually this dissonance will make the sperg feel bad that they are some quirky guy on the inside but a boring retard on the outside.

now look at the bpd girl. polar opposite. imagined as a quite eccentric person who's not afraid of showing her weirdness to the public. often dressing pretty weird. but on the inside? quite bland and boring. there isn't that much special about her apart from her chasing the current counter culture trend. and she really hates that she's quite a boring person actually creating the need in the first place to act not like the others desperately trying to fill that void.

chasing and yearning for that otherness one can't experience. doomed for all of eternity

I fit this description, op. My personality is so serious I make people nervous to the point they start getting hostile or avoidant with me because they don't know what else to do, since they know I'm not gonna laugh at their jokes, and I'm not gonna wanna listen to their small talk. I never had friends.

Since high school (I'm 33 now) I remember thinking there's no such thing as a female that could interest me on a personal level. They're all air headed normies. Some have taken interest in me, but they just want sex because they thought I looked good, even though we had no personal connection whatsoever. This disgusted me, because I don't believe in fornication, even if you look good.

There was one girl who was pretty friendless. Not in the "she's friendless because she's weird and out of touch" kind of way, You know the ones with frazzled hair and glasses? This one was more like, "she just doesn't feel like hanging out with anyone" kind of way. I had a crush on her. But she also wanted to fornicate, which I assumed would be the case beforehand, so that didn't work out either. She was pretty cool on a personal level though. Now she has black kids and I called her ghetto trash.

As someone with diagnosed BPD and a boyfriend who is probably Austistic, its mostly because hes the only person that has ever made me feel safe and reassured like this. With normie men you constantly have to worry about them cheating on you, lying about shit, dating you despite you not even being their type. Im my partners first girlfriend, he genuinely loves me more than anything in the world, we were both bestfriends for several years prior to getting together, we both despise other women and hes far too busy gaming or focusing on his fantasy hyperfixations to ever cheat on me. We have had some arguments in the past but its always easy to talk it out since both of us are always honest with eachother. :)
If it came to describing what we're both like, I guess I fit the MPDG stereotype, Ive always been rather nerdy and erratic, he felt like I was the only person that tried understanding and willingly befriend him unlike his asshole friends. Hes always been the calm and chill guy Ive always had a thing for, hes actually pretty plain but thats what I like so much about him. Hes a total geek and we first bonded over the animes he kept sperging about xP
