SillyTavern is nice if you just desperately want to be in a fake relationship with someone who will love you unconditionally. Write the card right and make good use of lorebooks/summaries and you can it going for years, easily.
Personally though I just use it to write up fantasy scenarios between other characters and play them out. I did a fun one recently with Gwen Stacy/Spider-Woman and her father George. It revolved around the idea that he developed sexual attraction to Spider-Woman while he was pursuing her and wasn't able to pacify those feelings even after discovering she was really his daughter Gwen.

Not to far off honestly. Especially the nose.
