I've tried to make a no code simple mobile app and after 1 hour, even with chatgpt step by step instructions, I managed to fuck it up and made no progress

IQ is mostly the ability to recognize patterns and recall information. It doesn't make you magically good at learning everything, everyone learns at their own pace.
With that said I don't think you're going about it the right way. You should download a pdf textbook on a coding language or on algorithms and do the practice they provide. You're jumping into mobile apps but I doubt you can even make a simple calculator. 1 hour is way too quick to quit too.
