anyone else wake up /fatigued/?
I suspect it's food sensitivity/allergies again
I have been eating too much gluten/wheat/other things
reminds me of when I was constantly fatigued and had a similar diet long ago, I was waking up even though sleeping normal hours, completely tired, not refreshed at all, sleeping to no alarm no nothing

Slurp down some water to dilate it or something. Did you know that I won fattest goy hog in the state seven years in a row by the way? Just thought you should know. I am also trans but that's not really important.

This. Recently learned that I've likely had sleep apnea my whole life due to a stroke in infancy.

yeah you should get that fixed if you don't want to die at 35.
