It is game theory, if you play poker or risk or some other game like this, when you have several players secretly in cahoots it guarantees the loss of anyone outside the group, you can try to convince them of the errors of their ways, but of course this is naive, it's the real world. Because of the covert nature of their activities it is difficult to prove "beyond reasonable doubt" that they are doing it, even if you are 99% sure what is happening based on the total incompetence of all these new Indian "workers" which some clueless boomer or Indian "CEO" brought in.

Further with DEI a thing in every corporation and government department it is quite literally institutional to team up against that white nerd who everyone depends on but never gets a promotion, is never made team leader, because he is not brown enough, has a penis or doesn't have enough years in the company. In the past a shit defunct company would see pigeonholed talent leave and start their own businesses, but if we start our own software company we too will be threatened with frivolous discrimination lawsuits. There is no escape except ironically in other countries.

So the only solution to stop racism by Indians is to hire very few of good character and keep them separate or just avoid Indians entirely, find east asians and lightskin hispanics instead for the "diversity" quota.
