his opinion is valid and everything but it's not my experience in my experience when I'm recognized as trans that's when I'm treated worst but when I'm recognized as a man or misgendered as a woman then I'm treated well so it has nothing to do with cisgendered people it's just that society is still transphobic. and I'm sorry to say this but it's the truth OP probably doesn't pass very well which is why he gets treated poorly
like when he says that gay men don't approach him but I know that's not true I get approached a lot like every time I dance at a gay club I get guys hitting on me but as soon as they find out I'm trans they aren't interested
