Don't come here much but while I'm here I might as well post in this thread.
Just started the gym. Feels amazing because I've been in the habit of thinking about everything and never doing anything for like 10 years.
This time when the thought of going to the gym occurred to me, instead of meticulously planning something I never actually end up starting, I just bought the membership and resolved myself to just go at the first opportunity.
Been stuck in my head for too long, repeating the same annoying patterns over and over. Needed to do something physical to break myself out of it.
