it is very likely the reason she can talk about that stuff is because she's not into it. you can simply make a retarded face and go "woah is that what you're into" and take her seriously until she either backtracks, or explains the appeal. one direction you could have taken it into is "so I take it you make guys call you mommy right" and if she truly continues down that line just end it with a compliment by saying it matches her motherly figure nicely (making shit up here, wont always apply). Another route would just be going along with it and saying if she choked you it'd have to be gentle and affectionate. Or in regards to the back comments something like "I'd like it if a girl left her mark on me". I don't think you blew anything, she wasn't propositioning you for sex. You would need a bit of pre-requisite social skills to transition that conversation into something happening.
