This bothers me immensely. I'm working class, I have no idea why I'm not like them, why my family didn't tolerate that shit. But they almost revel in it, and it's so prolific I can't find anyone who doesn't either accept that shit, or outright worship it.
Why is it so normalized and why the fuck am I from the exact same cultural background, same economic background, same geographic location and yet I wasn't raised like that.

It's not even young women either, it's old women, middle class women, etc. I feel so alien and yet somehow, these are my people. I would put it down to tism, if it weren't for the fact my family aren't like that. But we don't have any kind of aristocratic background or anything, my grandfathers on both sides were coal miners. The trashy behavior just makes it hard to relate to them, and you lose almost all attraction even before you factor in anything else.
I hate modern dating and it's depressing to think if I was just born a decade or two earlier I would have had a happy life.
