u should try to eat great fuel for your body and heart and energy but also know that bad food isnt going to ruin you unless ur like me and eat 600lb life proportions constantly when bored. the most cals ive eaten in a day, was 10k.
the skinniest girls i knew ate junk but not tonnes of it and compensated with a lot of moving around, but also they were so distracted all of the time that eating wasnt a big stressor on their mind. jump and dance and shadow box in ur room , draw read and sew, eat low cal high density high protein !!!!
also dont be a skellymoder. i mean if u wanna do skellymoding try less extreme methods to be less miserable. 900-1100 cals with exercise will give you more happiness along with magnesium + vit d and fish oil . also a cutesy notebook and drinking water in between sips while eating slower makes you fuller quicker : 3
