when i'm depressed/disassociate, i feel nothing - not even pain
having a headache, though not actually normal, reminds me i'm "healthy" right now

I've felt like this since I was a teen and I'm 30 now. I can forget about it if I get really really absorbed in something or in distress and that's about it. My baseline is all fucked up.

I'll try next check up but I'll probably be waved off, I had like persistent eye pain for awhile got sent to an eye doctor, and bro told me there was nothing he could do and tried to sell me glasses. Is this not normal though? I thought alot of people would relate and tell me how they deal.

I actually have that, it's horrible.
If it gets better after exercise it could be depression, I don't know any other condition that gets better after exercise.

yeah It's for sure all in my head, I usually feel better after I talk with someone about it too. or even kind of get "put in my place" a bit about it. It's why toxic women attract me so much. What's chronic fatigue actually like dude? what helps you with it.

NTA but what are you even saying here, man? The reason CFS/ME and Long Covid are so quickly dismissed by practically all doctors is because almost every condition is *improved* by exercise. CFS/ME is the odd one out because amongs its extremely complex pathology it's almost like the body adapted to hypoxic conditions and now everytime you exercise your body works under hypoxia and fucks your shit up for days or weeks afterwards.

I know because I have CFS. I can walk at a slow pace for hours and even work part time, as long as my heart rate doesn't rise above a certain threshold, and my body isn't too starved for oxygen, I don't crash. But if I have to run, or do cardio or stress too much I cannot take it. It's actually rare for "true" CFS to ocurr in first place tho, thankfully I think I'm finally making improvement on mine.

Look up the terms B2, B6, B12 and Magnesium + Headache, separatedly and combined. I started getting odd headaches two years ago, strangely only on one side of my head, almost always the right one. I started taking those things, slowly and combined and I've improved. Still feel like shit in general tho lmao

eh I was a vitamin fag for awhile, honestly it did sorta work. This thread has kind of made it click to me that life just isn't the same without my toxic ex to remind me that I'm a grown ass man and all my complaints are petty bullshit. Her disappointment in me as almost as strong as her love for me, and that kind of mix was gas in my veins.

I'll do vitamins anyways cause e z though, thnx.

every other bitch i've met after her I honestly treated like shit, and they're just after my approval and it's boring and I hate it. I will literally never approve of them because I don't care.

lots of conditions get better after exercise in fact it's the closest thing to a universal panacea for improving nearly everything which could be wrong with you
>>81735637 (OP)
without more information it's impossible to reasonably make any suggestions
it could just be depression etc or it could be diet and lifestyle related
if you had chronic meningitis then it would have worsened over that period and if it was bacterial then you would be dead but viral would have abated
if it is pvfs then it has lasted a very long time but your poor lifestyle could be preventing recovery
how are your teeth?

anyway, as it's so chronic and in such a sensitive area i doubt you need antibiotics which means, because surgery is always a last option, you should focus on your lifestyle
sleep well and consistently: put your phone away 30 minutes before bed and do not touch it
stay hydrated and make sure to eat a variety of fruits and vegetables daily
aim for a healthy bmi and get regular exercise; particularly cardio as bloodflow is the most important thing
avoid smoking and exposure to pollutants, heavy metals, solvents, etc
stop doing drugs and drinking alcohol

if that fails then you really need an ultrasound or possibly a ct scan to check for lumps, holes, or other abnormalities
