I thought about that scenario but it's actually not the same. Everything is already industrialised and owned by someone, in many places it's not legal to live in the woods and animal populations are much smaller than they used to be. The circumstances are much worse than in the stone age.
An even bigger problem is that humans aren't supposed to live alone, in the stone age you would survive together with your tribe, not alone in a cuck shed.

Nature made some horrifying, disgusting things, so I'd rather not argue that everything in nature is objectively good.
