>>81739521 (OP)I eat whatever the fuck I want, but I start with oatmeal for breakfast ~160 calories, then espresso ~140 calories, then I have a small meal - Chalupa (I like the black bean one, but chicke is also good) ~350 calories, Chicken Sandwich, small burger, pb&j, soup, etc.
Then I snack on small shit - yogurt, peanuts, chips, tiny muffins, cheese stick, peas, celery but not a shit ton. ~300 calories
Red bull ~230 calories at most, lots of water
Total of ~1200 calories not even
I don't even count calories though, just thought I'd add it up.
