I think women see muscles the same way men see boobs. Usually the bigger the better (but too big may be absurd for most) but smaller can be fine and in the rare cases has its own sort of fetish, like some women (particularly asian) seem to like lean otter mode/swimmer/kpop boyband bodies, though a lot of them can pack a lot of lean muscle but its not big.
