I'm from the country where drug usage for recreational reasons is heavily regulated, and its always surprising to see how widely it is used in the west, esp even amongst the young girls too. Are they really all heavy drug users or just normie girls?

The really normie girls start smoking weed and taking party pills around 13-14, while the more reserved, shy "good girls" wait until they go to college. If a girl doesn't drink or do any drugs, she's basically a social misfit.
